A little about our CEO….

Lauren has always been a people first person with a compassionate approach to life. After a longstanding career in the Veterinary Industry, she experienced a period of traumatic life experiences and, coupled with the increasing desire to transition from helping animals to people, she retrained in Psychology & Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching. 

With a 20 year career as a Registered Veterinary Nurse,  Lauren has always thrived in caring roles, and developed her innate ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Over time she developed her coaching and mentoring skills, and honed in on this natural flair in helping others to help themselves. She has an innate ability to empathise, understand and define a problem, and delivers a variety of trauma-informed solutions with compassion and integrity. Combining her natural characteristics and passions, she is committed to transforming workplace wellbeing, fostering cultures of compassion and resilience, with a fundamental goal of improving mental health and wellbeing. Whether she's guiding clients through personal growth or delivering impactful presentations, her infectious energy and commitment to trauma- informed mental health and wellbeing education shines through in all that she does.
