Dr. Ahmed Basel Ibrahim is a pharmacist, educator, and entrepreneur, and the founder of the Iraqi Pharmacy Academy—the first international center for pharmaceutical training, development, and research in the Middle East. He also founded Yallino Pharmaceutical Industries and directs Al-Qasid Advertising & Creative Arts.

Dr. Ahmed has led major projects including the Baghdad International forum for Cosmeceuticals & Skincare, the Baghdad International Conference on Health Awareness, and the Everest International Forum for Cosmeceuticals & Skincare across three countries, including Kurdistan. He holds a BSc in Pharmacy, a Technical Diploma in Pharmacy Technologies, and professional diplomas in Financial Management and Communication. Holding residency in Estonia, he will lead the Iraqi delegation at CPD EXPO London 2025.
