Chris has lived and worked in four countries, leading large, diverse teams and driving cultural transformation.  Chris is an experienced Exco representative and Operations Managing Director with over 30 years of global leadership at organisations including HSBC, UBS, and JPMorgan. His passion is helping people grow with curiosity, confidence, and purpose.
