Dan started his career in leisure progressing from centre assistant and lifeguard to management roles which is where Dan got his first taste of compliance and mandatory training. He then spent 7 years in the NHS in the acute hospital setting progressing to an associate practitioner in Physiotherapy. Dan still had his passion for training and 2 years ago made the jump to leave his full time role and start TEN-B training. With nothing but an idea and passion it’s been a whirlwind of a ride but TEN-B is now an industry leader in training and operates all over the UK and Europe. With a growing client base and launch of a new E-Learning suite and the launch of a new accrediting body on the horizon, Dan is a prime example of what can be achieved with passion and all before your 30.
