Following recovery from spinal fusion surgery at 12 years old, Elise recognised a gap.
We know to keep physically fit & strong we need to exercise regularly, we don't wait until we're injured to start.
Our brain is our greatest tool to thrive through life’s challenges, yet we’re not taught how it works, how to look after it, or how to optimise it.
So, Elise set out on a quest to fill the mental fitness gap, with a mission to empower people to treat mental fitness like physical fitness, proactively!
Elise joined The Mindset Development Group to develop the Thriver approach which she'll share with you in the seminar.
Neuroscience & psychology research built into a tangible toolkit to prioritise our brain even during days, with a Mental Fitness Workout & the critical mindset skills of focus, resilience, confidence, motivation & empathy.
