Michelle develops and delivers the Data Lab's Professional Learning and Leadership Development programme. She has over a decade’s experience in delivering learning and development in the professional, higher and further education sectors. She has a PhD in Human Computer Interaction, a background in user-led design and experience, and strives to create and deliver clear, accessible, and learner-centred content. Her expertise ensures engaging and impactful learning experiences that foster growth and leadership in digital culture.
