Oliver Henry has worked in and around Housing Health & Social Care since 1992. He holds a First Class Honours Degree in Professional Housing Studies in addition a Masters Degree and is a qualified Trainer in numerous areas of compliance. He started LBL Skills in 2011 and has since been joined by additional trainers including his wife, Annette, and son, Kobe, who are both qualified First Responders.

LBL Skills provide Ofqual approved training in First Aid, Moving and Handling of People, Health & Safety, Safe Administration of Medication, Infection Control and more to thousands of Housing Health and Social Care staff every year.

Oliver and his team are passionate about encouraging a First Aid Culture within organisations through engaging and interactive training, as it has been proven to save lives.
