Richard Ferriman is the co-founder of Neurodiversity Global and recognised as one of the leading global voices in neuroinclusion. With over 20 years’ experience and more than 1,000 projects delivered worldwide, he has advised leadership teams at organisations including NASA, the NHS, UK Government, Virgin, ACAS, and Kyndryl. Richard combines professional expertise with lived experience as a neurodivergent leader and parent of four, bringing authenticity and clarity to complex discussions. He has trained over 25,000 people across industries, helping leaders and teams move beyond awareness to measurable action. Earlier in his career, Richard launched one of Europe’s first Salesforce partners in 2004 and later served as an Executive Partner at IBM, where he was also Executive Sponsor for their global Neurodiversity ERG of 3,500+ members. Today, his focus is embedding neuroinclusion as business infrastructure, demonstrating how it drives innovation, retention, and ROI.
