Stephanie Camilleri

Founder & CEO, Former Magic Circle Lawyer | Global Derivatives Reform Expert | UK ADHD Coaching & Training Pioneer, Ascend ADHD

Stephanie Camilleri is the Founder and CEO of Ascend ADHD, a workplace consultancy transforming how law firms, financial institutions and global corporates support and retain neurodivergent talent - particularly high-performing professionals with ADHD.

A former Magic Circle solicitor at Allen & Overy and Global Derivatives Reform Expert at Westpac, Stephanie founded The ADHD Advocate in 2018 after leaving the banking world, becoming one of the UK’s leading voices in ADHD coaching and training. Her decision was sparked by her own ADHD journey and a recognition of how poorly understood ADHD remains in high-performance environments.

Stephanie is the creator and host of the UK’s first-ever ADHD Coaching Summit, now an annual fixture in the neurodiversity calendar, bringing together professionals, HR leaders and coaches to explore cutting-edge approaches to ADHD support.

She is also the voice behind the official explainer video on ADHD coaching for the Life Coach Directory, further cementing her reputation as a trusted, accessible expert on translating ADHD into strategic action.

At Ascend ADHD, Stephanie leads the delivery of evidence-based, commercially grounded coaching programmes and manager training designed for complex, high-pressure environments. Her approach combines legal and financial sector insight with deep psychological safety and human impact - earning trust at every level, from junior employees to senior leadership.

In her talks, Stephanie combines lived experience, humour, and strategic clarity to challenge outdated narratives around ADHD and present a compelling alternative: a world where ADHD is no longer a liability, but a competitive edge-At Ascend, support is never a one-off or box-ticking exercise. We partner deeply with the organisations we train, taking a coaching-led, embedded approach that builds capability over time. We work alongside HR, managers and leadership to ensure ADHD inclusion is baked into your culture, not bolted on as an afterthought.
