Tejas Kotecha is a communications trainer with nearly two decades of experience across Sky News and Sky Sports. This includes working on the newsdesk, gallery, producing and reporting. He was also in charge of booking high-profile guests and getting reaction to breaking news. Tejas chaired the Ethnicity and Inclusion Network for four years at Sky Sports, working with leadership to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. He delivers engaging communications workshops for businesses and is also a mentor to many people from under-represented backgrounds.
